House Rules

With respect to our visitors, in order to offer quality services, we have some house rules, which we kindly ask to be followed.

• Minimum stay: three (3) nights
• Maximum number of persons: depending from the apartment
• The guest can cancel reservation without charge within 30 days before the arrival
• The guest should prepay 20% of the total cost after complete the reservation
• Arrival from 15:00 to 21:00 (check-in)
• Departure from 08:00 to 11:00 (check-out)
• The guest gets the door keys at the lodging
• No possibility for extra beds in rooms
• The host welcomes guests
• This lodging does not accept credit cards
• No smoking (allowed only in the private yard, not inside the apartments)
• Parties are not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
